Urban Selection is an independent buyer-side advisory practice operating at the intersection of architecture and real estate. We assist private clients and investors in identifying and evaluating residential properties through a rigorous architectural and strategic lens. Our role is to support informed decision-making — from opportunity sourcing and spatial assessment to independent due diligence and coordination with the client's appointed legal and transactional advisors. We do not act as intermediaries and do not represent sellers.
